I went to review my blood test results n l also had some issues with my health that day n Dr Castillo quickly jumped on doing some tests n asking me about my condition. He’s very aware of my health conditions n had me do some other tests out of the office just to make sure of what maybe going on with me. I really appreciate him n staff for being helpful n polite with me.

Hi l really like my doctors there, but some how when lm sent for meds n mri they are stuck somewhere in space. Its my third day since l went in for a pain n its bad n the doctor agree on some meds n a MRI n here l am still waiting n calling because its not been sent in. Hello people what is going on in your office , it is not that busy…..

I have been with Dr. Castillo many years. In fact, even after I moved out of Lehigh, I remained with him. He takes the time to explain whatever is the issue. He has selected a staff that shares his professionalism. I highly recommend him.

front office staff always seem like they hate their jobs, very unpleasant and horrible CS. Even when you call in, it is so hard to get ahold of them. And if you get ahold of them, they sound like zombies on the phone, and talk about not getting a task done properly… I requested a refill to be sent to my pharmacy, and nothing, I actually had to make an appointment over the phone and when they asked me what is for, I told them because they can’t get the simple task of refilling my prescription done properly, they catch an attitude on the phone. The DR is nice and could be more attentive. I wish he would not rush through the consultation and actually listen to his patients a little more. Dr and Assistants are great. But front desk awful! That’s why I’m giving a 3 star.
