Dr.castillo has been my dr.for several years.i am in and out of florida from dc and chose him to be my primary dr.out of all.he is very compentent and addresses every issue you bring to his attention.he follows up on all.he puts up with my little list while I play dr. Then tells me the correct answer ha! I went to review my blood test results n l also had some issues with my health that day n Dr Castillo quickly jumped on doing some tests n asking me about my condition. He’s very aware of my health conditions n had me do some other tests out of the office just to make sure of what maybe going on with me. I really appreciate him n staff for being helpful n polite with me.

Hi l really like my doctors there, but some how when lm sent for meds n mri they are stuck somewhere in space. Its my third day since l went in for a pain n its bad n the doctor agree on some meds n a MRI n here l am still waiting n calling because its not been sent in. front office staff always seem like they hate their jobs, very unpleasant and horrible CS. Even when you call in, it is so hard to get ahold of them. And if you get ahold of them, they sound like zombies on the phone, and talk about not getting a task done properly… I requested a refill to be sent to my pharmacy, and nothing, I actually had to make an appointment over the phone and when they asked me what is for, I told them because they can’t get the simple task of refilling my prescription done properly, they catch an attitude on the phone. The DR is nice and could be more attentive. I wish he would not rush through the consultation and actually listen to his patients a little more. Dr and Assistants are great. But front desk awful! That’s why I’m giving a 3 star.

No dudo de los conocimientos del Dr. a pesar de que no me demostró nada, pero no tiene ninguna ética médica, poco profesional, al punto de ser grosero y no tener la capacidad de escuchar al paciente, a mi impresión algo explosivo, los problemas que pueda tener el Dr. no es culpa de sus pacientes, mi hijo se fue a atender con él y le fue a explicar de sus preocupaciones y el interés en hacerse ciertos tipos de complementarios y no lo dejó hablar dijo que el médico era él y no es menos cierto pero los que sabemos algo de medicina , conocemos que el paciente es el mejor conocedor de su enfermedad y todo no era capricho sino sobre la base de antecedentes personales y familiares y cambios en estilo de vida y hábitos dietético, además cuando fui pedí hablar con la manager y me evadieron y me llevaron donde el Dr. el cual se manifestó como dije despótico y grosero, y al final con la frase a una de las enfermeras “sácalo por detrás “ , si un directivo con vergüenza lee esto estoy dispuesto a dar mi testimonio de frente para que otro paciente no sufra ese maltrato, pues el médico cura más con el trato que con un medicamento. Soy médico de profesión en cuba, con más de 20 años de experiencia y nunca pensé pasar por algo así, pues pienso por el simple hecho de ser profesionales del mismo ramo nos merecemos respeto que fue lo que le expliqué cuando me preguntó que quería y le dije un poco de respeto

I moved 45 minutes away but I continued being treated by this group of medical professionals. Yes I include the entire staff. The doctors ask questions! That’s a change for me. I used to be the one asking the questions. Having my blood work done in the office sealed the deal! I didn’t have to contend with the “labs” around town (you know who they are).

I am always greeted by my name by the office as soon as I enter, and the staff is very friendly. Your appointment time is normally pretty close to the time that they are signed to you. I don’t feel like I’m never being rushed and I can ask all the questions. Very professional and highly recommend.
